Tab E. Lawhorn is a principal partner at Lawhorn & Malouf, PLLC in Tyler, Texas. Mr. Lawhorn represents clients in Tyler and throughout Smith County who are victims of a personal injury caused by negligence. He regularly handles matters related to car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, and other catastrophes. Tab has also practiced criminal law in both state and federal court in Texas since 2003.
After graduating from Baylor University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Mr. Lawhorn earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2003 and has several years of experience litigating in state and federal courts throughout Texas. In addition to practicing personal injury law, he has extensive experience with criminal defense law and plaintiffs' civil litigation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lawhorn has developed a strong reputation in the East Texas legal community and has received significant recognition from several organizations. He has been listed as one of the "Top 10 Personal Injury Lawyers" in Texas by Attorney and Practice magazine and one of the "Top 10 Attorneys" in Texas by the American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Mr. Lawhorn was also named one of the "Top 10 Attorneys" in Criminal Defense by the American Institute of Criminal Law Lawyers and one of the "Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40" in North Texas by the National Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Consultation Fees
We understand that obtaining legal advice and guidance is important to our clients. That is why we offer both in-person and virtual consultations to provide convenient and effective legal services.
Our virtual consultations through Zoom are available for a fee of $75, covering a 30-minute consultation with Tab himself. During the consultation, he will provide legal advice and guidance on your specific legal matter.
For clients who prefer an in-person consultation, we offer consultations at our office for a fee of $300. This fee covers a 60-minute consultation with Tab Lawhorn himself, during which he will provide legal advice and guidance on your specific legal matter.
We believe that these fees offer transparency and clarity on the costs associated with our legal services and will be credited towards a quote for representation in the event that Tab is retained.
