Lawhorn Law, PC is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our downtown Tyler office to join our intake team. The position's focus is to confidently present clear service information to potential clients with the goal of encouraging the decision to hire our firm.
This requires strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat and e-mail, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake. Our Intake Specialists possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries. They are compassionate, understanding and patient.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused and is able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.
This is a position for someone who is looking for a long term commitment with opportunities to grow.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $16.00 to $20.00 per hour + bonuses. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.. Conversion to salary can be considered after 90 days of employment.
