Tyler, Texas--An East Texas woman recently settled her claims against a man who negligently crossed a center-line and violently crashed into the young lady.  Her injuries were not insignificant as multiple diagnostics performed at the local hospital revealed a possible disc protrusion in the middle of her back.  After receiving an offer to settle her bodily injury claim, she retained Tab Lawhorn at Lawhorn and Malouf, PLLC in Tyler, Texas.  

A second MRI was recommended by her treating physician and the results revealed a substantial bulging disc.  After further investigation by the law firm, it was revealed that the driver who struck the young lady had serious prior traffic offenses in his past such that he was previously dropped as an insured by his prior insurance carrier.
