Tyler, Texas—A family represented by Tab Lawhorn was paid the maximum limits of an auto policy after a vehicle ran into the side of a rental property they owned.  Although there were no injuries to the occupants of the house, the driver's insurance company initially told the family that the claims would be excluded from coverage.
